Tonghe (同和) originates from the ancient wisdom of the I Ching (易经). It signifies "Universal Alignment"：the precise, fleeting moment when the energy of the sky synchronizes with the breath of the earth.

TONGHE is an art, culture, and lifestyle brand rooted in Chinese Somatic Spiritual Culture. We translate the abstract currents of time，the Five Elements (五行), the changing seasons, and traditional Eastern mythology, all into tangible aesthetics and somatic tools for the modern soul.

Here, the classic texts like the Shan Hai Jing and Dao De Jing are not treated as dusty history, but as mirrors for self-reflection. We believe that by understanding nature's elemental shifts, we can better regulate our own nervous systems, metabolize the intensity of modern life, and ground ourselves in the present.

The Artist & Curator: Kexin Han

Behind the visual and conceptual curation of TONGHE is Kexin Han, a multidisciplinary Chinese artist, curator, and designer currently based in Canada.

Her practice is deeply intertwined with the philosophical and aesthetic traditions, often exploring the delicate intersection between natural elements, mixed media, and sensory experiences. For Kexin, her heritage is not a static relic of the past, but a living, breathing ecosystem.

With TONGHE, her vision is clear: to bring the profound cultural roots she grew upon to a larger global audience in an accessible, highly tactile approach. Her goal is to translate the esoteric wisdom of Chinese somatic and spiritual culture into an aesthetic lifestyle. Through her curation, these ancient concepts are demystified and transformed into tangible tools that modern souls can easily touch, understand, and integrate into their daily grounding rituals.
